General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter 'GTC') regulate the rights and obligations between Web Software Service s.r.o. and its customers in the provision of services and the use of the website https://web-code.cz/. Please read them carefully before submitting an inquiry or ordering services.

Description of Services
Web Software Service s.r.o. provides services in the areas of analysis, design, development, and implementation of websites, e-shops, and custom software solutions. The exact scope of services, specific outputs, and price are defined for each project in an individual Price Quote (Proposal).
Order and Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded by:
  • Written confirmation of the offer by the customer (via e-mail).
  • Signing a contract for work (recommended for projects over 20,000 CZK).
  • Payment of a deposit (by the customer).
Prices and Payment Terms
The deposit amount, total price, and payment schedule are agreed individually in the Offer. A non-refundable deposit is standardly required before work begins.
Deadlines and Delivery Times
The delivery deadline is set in the schedule of the specific project, depending on the complexity of the assignment.
Handover of Work and Acceptance
  • The work is handed over via e-mail, deployment to a server, or in person with a demonstration of functionality.
  • The customer has 5 working days to accept or report defects.
  • Minor adjustments within the original assignment are included in the price.
  • Scope changes are charged as agreed.
  • If the Customer does not respond within 5 working days, the work is deemed properly handed over and accepted without reservation.
Warranty Terms and Support
  • Each project includes free support (30–90 days as agreed in the Offer).
  • Support includes: bug fixes caused by the provider, minor adjustments, answers to queries.
  • Support does not include: changes to the assignment, new features, damages caused by the customer or a third party.
Intellectual Property Rights
  • Upon full payment, the property copyright to the work transfers to the customer.
  • The provider reserves the right to use the customer and the project as a reference (with their consent).
  • The source code of the website/software and all created files are handed over to the customer.
Cancellation of the Order (Storno)
  • The customer can cancel the order in writing at any time.
  • The deposit (usually 50%) is non-refundable if performance has begun.
  • If work has not begun, the deposit is returned within 14 days.
  • The provider may reject or cancel the order with a deposit refund in the event of ethical reservations or objective impossibility of performance.
Limitation of Liability
  • The provider is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service outages (e.g., hosting services, payment gateways, domain providers, third-party APIs).
  • The provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective project.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of provided materials and information, as well as for the delivered content and its compliance with valid legislation (copyrights of texts, photos, etc.).
Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • The parties will always try to resolve disputes amicably first.
  • Competent court: the general court of the provider in the Czech Republic.
Final Provisions
These GTC take effect on June 24, 2026. The provider is entitled to change these terms; customers will be informed of changes via e-mail or the website.
